Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Non-defective merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition.

Please request approval before mailing anything back. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

After an approved return is received and reviewed, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
